The Homefinding and Fostering Agency seek to promote equality of opportunity for all our children and young people, carers and staff, and welcomes a diversity of individuals of both genders from differing races and cultures.

We look to match all children and young people with carers of the same racial, cultural and religious background, who are able to communicate in the child's first language.

At times this is not possible, but we do our best to support the carers and children so that we can meet the child's needs in areas such as religion, identity, ethnicity, gender, sexuality and background.
