Statement of Purpose
Our focus is always the child or young person in our care, and we aim to provide all of them with a safe, loving and affirming homes for children and young people.
We want to give a high quality of family life for our fostering families, which we achieve by providing regular support to our foster carers, effectively managing trauma, building confidence and providing life skills so when children leave our care, they can be secure, happy and self-supporting members of society.
It is a priority for us, that every one of our placements work, so we encourage our carers to say no when they feel it is not right for them or their family. We want to equip our carers with skills they to meet the fostering task presented to them and so they can be respected as co-professionals.
Through careful matching of the individual needs of children to our foster carers and by providing creative support, we look forward to celebrating all the achievements our young people make.

We were proud to receive a “good” rating by Ofsted in 2019.
“Children and young people benefit from positive experiences while living with their foster families. A good number of fostering households have remained with the agency for many years; this statistic mirrors a good proportion of settled children and young people, with a low number of unplanned moves.”
