We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker who is enthusiastic, committed and appreciates the role of the foster parent and their skills.
We need you to reflect our high standards in everything you do. Experience of working with and supporting fostering families is desirable, but it is more important that you share our vision of fostering changing lives.
We expect you to build professional and reflective relationships with foster carers, working in a collaborative and reflective manner. This role plays a crucial part in promoting the wellbeing and development of children and young people.
The Contact and Support Driving role is an essential and independent function within the organisation.
This role is responsible for supervising and providing contact sessions, providing transport for children and young people, and providing feedback to local authorities on the services provided.
The role also includes providing crèche and support services. This is a flexible, self-employed role with excellent support and training opportunities.
